Lorene D. Park
Lorene Park practices in the area of business litigation. She began her legal career in 2002 as a commercial litigation associate with Dykema Gossett, a large commercial law firm in Michigan. Lorene returned to Austin in 2005 to join Fleckman & McGlynn as an associate.
Her diverse litigation experience includes representation of real estate agents in actions to recover commissions and in cases involving consumer claims under federal and state statutes; cases involving breach of contract, fraud, debt collection practices, credit reporting practices, premises and products liability, and insurance fraud; as well as disputes involving sales, banking, and secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code.
While in law school, Lorene was an Executive Editor for The Connecticut Law Review and won the Milton W. Horwitz Prize for Excellence in Torts and Cali Excellence Awards in Torts and in Lawyering Practice. She also interned for the Honorable Dominic J. Squatrito, United States District Court Judge for the District of Connecticut.
