Lynn M. Robitaille

Lynn M. Robitaille represents clients in a diverse range of business litigation and arbitration matters. She began practicing law in Washington D.C. in 2000, where she was a litigator and regulatory compliance lawyer with two large New York-based law firms.

Lynn has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation including class action defense, parallel enforcement proceedings, and corporate compliance. Her experience includes securities litigation and enforcement, trade secret misappropriation, construction disputes, commercial lease disputes, property tax disputes, business torts, US export controls and economics sanctions, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and EU data privacy and protection.

Lynn is an avid cyclist. She is active in many pro bono causes, including political asylum and adjustment of status cases as well as landlord-tenant disputes.
