Zachariah Wolfe

Zach Wolfe has represented clients in business litigation matters for over 14 years. He has tried cases in state and federal courts in arbitration.

Zach’s diverse litigation experience includes the following types of cases:

  • Securities fraud cases, including claims for violations of the Texas Securities Act
  • Claims against insurance companies and insurance agents
  • Litigation concerning non-competes, trade secrets, confidentiality agreements, and related employment issues
  • Executive compensation disputes and disputes between business partners
  • Intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement and copyright infringement
  • Business torts, including fraud, tortious interference with contract, and civil RICO
  • Condominium defect and residential construction litigation
  • Real estate litigation
  • Seeking recovery of embezzled funds
  • Oil and gas litigation
  • Representation of homeowners associations, including enforcement of restrictive covenants
  • Commercial landlord-tenant disputes
  • Representation of foreign companies challenging the jurisdiction of Texas courts
  • Pro bono representation in credit card, landlord-tenant, and other consumer matters

Zach grew up in Austin. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard, he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1997. During law school, he was a member of the law journal The Review of Litigation.

Zach began his legal career at a large Dallas firm, where he worked on complex insurance coverage cases and general commercial litigation. In 2000, Zach joined Fleckman & McGlynn as an associate, and in 2004 he became a principal with the firm. From 2001 to 2006, he defended a group of foreign banks in a series of multi-million dollar securities fraud lawsuits. More recently, his practice has focused on representing Austin-area businesses and entrepreneurs.

Zach plays the trumpet and is a co-founder of the Thomas A. Caswell and Rebeca Diaz Caswell Memorial Scholarship Foundation, a scholarship program for central Texas band students.
